Dynamics CRM 2015 business process flows now support conditional branching and in the process designer you now have the option to add a conditional branch to your process.
You can see in the example below that I have added a number of branches to a Case process so that the users are guided down a different route dependent on the case type.
Adding the branch conditions is all done through point and click in a similar fashion to business rules however you can choose to use an “or” condition which is not supported in business rules.
Branching is a great addition to Dynamics CRM 2015 allowing conditional branching to be easily added to a business process flow. However the conditions are restricted to checking values of the current record and you would have to use javascript if you wanted more complicated branching logic.
